Washburn WT24V Telecaster shaped beauty from 1985

guitarz.blogspot.com:

I have a weak spot for Telecasters but unlike a lot of Tele fans I love when other makers use the iconic shape for different guitars.

This Washburn WT24V was only produced for a few years in the 1980s but is a great looking and versatile machine. It comes equipped with the Wonderbar trem system which I've heard a lot about but have yet to try. With 2 humbuckers that can be coil tapped I bet that there's a ton of sounds to be coaxed from this stunner.

Currently listed at $499 Canadian

- Phoenix Phantom Headless Bass. 1980s Made In Japan
guitarz.blogspot.com: I'd never heard of Phoenix guitars before. Clearly they were part of the Japanese invasion of the 1980s. This Phoenix Phantom looks to be a solid example of the quality that was going into all the made in Japan guitars...

- Ibanez Fr365tfb Sunburst - Tele Monday?
guitarz.blogspot.com As a fan of both telecasters and early Ibanez Roadstars I always have wished that Ibanez had produced a Telecaster shaped Roadstar. I had a 1972 Ibanez Telecaster that I regret selling, but still I wish for a Telecaster Roadstar....

- Elegant Japan Made Fender Aerodyne Telecaster - Tele Tuesday Late By A Day
guitarz.blogspot.com: I don't know how rare these Fender Aerodyne Telecasters are. I rarely see them, and I've seen my fair share of Aerodyne Strats and basses. This example is very pleasing to my eyes. I love the simplicity, subtle curves,...

- Mensfield Iron Cross Guitar For Heavy Metallers And Glam Rockers...
guitarz.blogspot.com: Here's a Mensfield Iron Cross guitar, which the seller tells us was luthier made in the USA, and is one of only "several" made. Although it looks metallic (or perhaps silver sprayed plastic) in places, the guitar actually features...

- Late 1980s Washburn Sbt-21 Piezo-powered Tele
guitarz.blogspot.com: This Washburn SBT-21 is a Tele-style guitar with a pointy 1980s-style headstock and looks like it is a relation to the Washburn Tour 24 Tele. At first glance it would appear to be an electric guitar with no pickups, but the acoustic...
