I was always under the impression that the Hi-Flier Basses were all short scale models - extremely light and easy to play (especially for guitar players switching to bass). But this one appears to be a full scale. Perhaps I am mistaken. This 1972-1975 era model has the humbuckers which gives it more "thump" than the earlier single coil version.

No one seems to agfree on how to spell these guitars so it's either a High-Flier or a Hi-Flyer or a Hi-Flier, etc. this one has had the pickups swapped but that's no great loss isince the original pups in these are only so-so. ...

Here is a nice deal on a Hi-Flier. Seller replaced the pickups but that should be fine if you are liooking for a player not a collectible. The stock Univox pickups in these are very bland - they need an upgrade anyway. If you like...
