Rare Stewart (British) tube amp in Detroit for $225
There are so many good tube amp deals on CL right now it is sick (I guess everybody is dumping their excess gear) - but I wanted to highlight this one because I'd never seen it before. Stewart brand. Says it is Made in England. I just love these squiggly lined speaker grills!! Seems like a Gretsch/Valco copy to me. So cool!

Up for sale is a Vintage 1958 Stewart tube amplifier. Made in England. Designed as an accordian amp, would be great for harp. All tube, about 12 watts, 2 x 8" speakers. Volume, treble, bass, tremelo controls. Tremelo does not work. All original, breaks up nicely at high levels. Not mint, but pretty good shape. Rare! Asking $225.00 obo. Thanks! Tom

This is a 1958 Gibson GA-5 Skylark - a real tweed era amp for a decent price. This one looks to be a "transition" Skylark because it still has the Tweed Cabinet but not the exact same TV front design as the original Les Paul Jr. Amp. The...

Silvertone 1482 Tube Amp In Detroit Area For $300
If you are only going to have one non-Fender tube amp from the 1960's then many would agree that the Silvertone 1482 would be the one to have. These are really outstanding tube amps and very useful for home or studio recording. ...

Sound Brand Tube Amp In Boston For $250
Everyone is always confused about these SOUND brand amplifiers - these were made in Italy and imported via NJ but they were not made by Ampeg, harmony, Lectrolab, Sano or anyother USA based company. They seem to be hit or miss because by the early 1970's...

Sano R-500 Tube Amp In Florida For $300
This looks like a good deal on one of SANO's top of the line (other than the Supersonic) tube amps from the late 1960's. These were designed as accordian amps and put out 65 very loud and clean tube watts with a very fancy Reverb and Tremolo...
