Pre-WWII Collegiate all Mahogany Acoustic in Dallas for $175

I've seen a few Collegiate's over the years but never one with a nice solid mahogany body and neck like this one.  Almost looks like a Gibson LGO.   Action looks a little high and it needs a bridge reset but if you know your way around some guitar work this could be a very interesting find.  Check it out:

Selling a vintage 1930s acoustic flattop guitar. Solid mahogany top, solid mahogany back, and solid mahogany sides. Mahogany neck. Slotted headstock. Similar to a Martin 00-15.

It needs the bridge reglued. No cracks or repairs in the body or neck. Great opportunity to own a pre-war solid mahogany flattop guitar. $175

- Kay Penncrest Acoustic In Syracuse, Ny For $75
This seller is offering a guitar that probably cost $30 brand new back in the 1950's or 60's but check it out.  A Kay built Penncrest (for J.C. Penney) with a solid Spruce top and mahogany (it appears) back and sides.    Now, I...

- Harmony H-162 Acoustic In Van Wert, Oh For $125
The guitar this seller is offering looks just like my Harmony H-162. I highly recommend this model as an "under the radar" vintage USA made acoustic. The tops are solid spruce and the sides and neck are solid mahogany (not laminated). They also have nice...

- Aria Ap-std Parlor Acoustic W Solid Top In Fargo Nd For $95
This is not a vintage Aria it is a current model, however the style and tone are based on older 1930's parlor guitars so you may find it appealing especially if you play fingerstyle. This should be comparable to the Canadian made Cedar top parlor...

- 1961 Epiphone Caballero Acoustic In Brunswick Ga For $250
Very cool little Mahogany Epiphone acoustic - just like an LGO or LG1 - excellent fingerpicking and blues guitars. I've never seen that type of headstock on a USA Epiphone - but this certainly looks like a USA guitar to me. Sounds like it has some...

- 1968 Gibson B-15 Acoustic In Chicago Area For $435
I don'[t know much about these all Mahogany gibson small bodies - probably more of a stuent guitar but certainly looks to be in nice shape. He dropped the price $15 since this was listed prior (see earlier post) 1968 Gibson B-15 Acoustic Guitar Vintage...
