The Economy is looking up. Its a great time to buy an old guitar
1960's vintage Harmony acoustic guitar made of solid wood; mahogany (back and sides) and spruce (top). Brazilian rosewood finger board. Quality craftsmanship. New strings and new bone nut. Top and back are bound with tortoise shell binding. Looks very cool! Fresh setup. Easy to play. Deep, rich, crystal clear tone. Excellent structural condition. Shows some history cosmetically but not too bad. Comes with new, padded case.
More tone and mojo than guitars they're churning out by the ten thousands these days.

If you like older Harmony guitars (like I do) then you might like this Flat top acoustic. The top could be either wide grain Spruce or Mahogany (rosewood?) but it certainly looks nice. This would be somewhere around 50 years old - maybe...

1979 Gibson J-40 In St. Louisarea For $600
Sounds like this one is well used but could be a good price for a 30 year old Gibson Dreadnaught acoustic - he says he he did buy it from one of the most reputable vintage guitar dealers in Nashville, George Gruhn, about 20 years ago. Gibson J-40...
