Greco 1968 "Shrike" - RARE Japanese COllectors Guitar in Independence MO area for $200
These "Shrike" guitars with the wild "L" (or "V") shaped pickups were Greco's top of the line electrics before they became known for their immaculate Les Paul copies in the 1970's. Totally unique and oh so collectible cool - right up there with the Teisco Kawai May Queen for Japanophiles. I have no idea if this one is in working condition but it is the more modernist version with the jagged "f" holes and cool Green burst body. I've always wanted one of these along with a May Queen, a Domino Californian Rebel and an Epiphone Scroll - all unique and quirky Japanese guitar designs. Somebody ought to snatch this one up fast.
