Fender Red Knob Champ 25SE tube amp in Austin TX for $100
Note: That pic is a stock photo I found - there is no photo on this CL listing.
Hey, don't laugh... if you haven't played these amps you've missed out on a little known secret. The Fender Champ 25SE is sometimes referred to as the "Lightweight Fender Twin."
The design of this circuit is very similar to what Leo Fender was doing at MusicMan in the 1980's: solid state Preamp and two 6l6 / 5881 power tubes with a 12AX7 as the phase invertor.
There are lots of mods available to try and make the drive channel on these sound better but IMO why bother? Is there a drive channel on a Vintage Fender Twin? Of course not! Just put a Tube screamer or any other decent drive pedal into the clean channel and you will be good to go.
Very loud little amps. And at $100 you could pay more for the overdrive pedal than you do for this amp - LOL!

BAsic 25 watt Champ. Dirty channel has broken knob and clean works fine. Some knobs could use a clean they are scratchy sometimes. But good loud amp with reverb.
2x6l6 and 1 12ax7. Sounds good for a Fender.
First come first served.

Fender 1982 (rivera) Twin Reverb Ii Amp In Marina Del Rey For $500
Here is a very nice serious gigging amp for not a lot of money. These Fender Twin Reverb II amps were part of the last of the hand wired (non-PCB) tube amps to come out of the old Fullerton Plant. Designed by Fender's then Chief of Engineering Paul...

Fender Super 60 Tube Combo In Chicago Area For $220
Say what you want about the Red Knob Fenders but they've been played by a lot of pros over the years (including Clapton who recently donated a Super 60 and a Red Knob Twin to the Crossroads Antigua Auction at Butterfields). I don't need to go...

Bedrock Bc-50 Tube Combo In Wash Dc For $450
I can't personally vouch for the tone of these Bedrock amps but the four BC-50 owners on Harmony Central give it very high marks for tone. It looks like they were copying the Vox AC-30 and it uses EL-84 output tubes - apparently the cleans on this...

Fender Champ 25 In La Los Feliz Area For $150
These are fairlyunknown nice loud little hybrid tube amps. The 12AX7 is basically the phase invertor and it uses a pair of 6L6GT power tubes and a 12 inch speaker so this is really closer to a Deluxe Reverb than a Champ. Voiced for power rock and Metal...

Fender Champ 25 In Sfv For $100
These Champ 25's are little known Fender Tube Hybrids made between 1992-94 but the nice part is they use a pair of 6L6 power tubes and a 12ax7 inverter - just like the Leo Fender designed Music Man amps. 25 watts is very conservative for a pair of...
