Made in Chicago, USA by Supro in 1961. Used to have a Tosca badge on the headstock, but it fell off years ago, before I even had it. Gold paint, CTS electronics, super hot sounding single-coil. One hell of a blues guitar. Has it's fair share of nicks and dings from being played almost constantly for nearly half a century. The only thing that's not original is the bridge, but it has correct intonation.

$300 cash firm.

I thought I had listed this one before but the seller, Bert, informed me that he had two identical guitars and sold one previously. These are very cool little guitars from way back in the day. 50 year old Valco/Supro with a Tosca label on the headstock....

Here is another neat Supro - branded Tosca single pickup short scale guitar. You can see these in the early Supro Catalogs, they were the basic intro level electrics. Still pretty neat playable guitar with vintage mojo and vibe. *************************...

- Supro Ozark In Portland Or For $450
Single Pickup red Supro Ozark in what looks like unmolested condition (though there is only this one goofy pic available). Certainly not cheap - but the days of cheap Supro's are long gone. In general these are hard to find. *******************************************...

- 1961 Supro Dualtone In Seattle Area For $650
I think this guy is confused - he describes it as a resoglas but it appears to be a sold wood Supro to me - and he says it is a Dualtone - it looks more like a Belmont to me - so one of us is confused but it is still a nice guitar. Check it out. 1961...
