"Horned Hell" bass guitar from Deadlight Designs

guitarz.blogspot.com:

It's not to my personal taste but I'm sure this "Horned Hell" bass guitar from Deadlight Designs wouldn't look out of place in many a heavy metal band. It certainly beats the usual guitars festooned with skulls.

We previously looked at another guitar from Deadlight Designs. I think the Horned Hell bass looks more stable!

Currently listed on eBay UK with a Buy It Now price of £1,400.

- 1968 Eko Kadett Bass
guitarz.blogspot.com: We've looked at a few of these Eko Kadetts on Guitarz before, but I have a soft spot for 1960s Italian-made guitars and basses and always enjoy a bass design that owes very little to Fender's Precision or Jazz Bass. Their...

guitarz.blogspot.com: The Dean ML design is a hybrid between Gibson's Explorer and Flying V models. I've never been too struck by the shape of it until I saw this original American-made Dean ML bass from 1981. I guess some designs work better...

- Clevinger By Robert Lee Fretless Electric Bass
guitarz.blogspot.com: I suspect that this Clevinger by Robert Lee fretless bass was designed as a electric upright bass (EUB) - the name "Clevinger" is ringing bells in the back of my mind, but I can't remember any details as to why or who might have...

- Ghastly Heart-shaped Guitar Covered In Illuminated Skulls: Please Feel Free To Point And Laugh
guitarz.blogspot.com: I've said it before and I will say it again: I really seriously HATE skulls on guitars. It's just such a appallingly naff cliché that I can't imagine anyone wanting such a thing unless they are part of a comedy metal...

- Univox M340 Guitar Organ
guitarz.blogspot.com: Before the guitar synth there was the guitar organ. We looked at the Vox V251 guitar organ before (and there's a fantastic picture of one in the 2012 Guitarz Calendar - there are still a few left so buy your copy now before it's...
